**Short answer:** Chili Piper is worth considering for large inbound teams on Salesforce, and Calendly Teams is the pick for smaller teams that want routing without an enterprise contract. For reps who chase prospects by email, [Skej](https://skej.com/?utm_source=aiassistantsforwork\&utm_medium=content\&utm_campaign=ai-scheduling-for-sales-teams) (ours) handles follow-up on threads, but it has no routing or CRM sync.

## Sales scheduling is really three jobs

1. **Inbound.** A lead fills in a form on your site. The tool qualifies them, routes them to the right rep, and books the meeting before they leave the page. The best tools also write everything to the CRM.
2. **Handoff.** An SDR books a meeting onto an account executive's calendar, fairly spread across the team.
3. **Outbound and follow-up.** A prospect replies "sure, let's talk," and someone has to land the time, chase them if they go quiet, and rebook no-shows.

Most tools here are built for jobs 1 and 2. Jobs 1 and 2 need CRM routing that an email assistant can't replace. Job 3 is where an assistant you cc, or an AI outreach tool, can help.

## Our ranking

Based on published routing, CRM and pricing facts, considered qualitatively for this use case.

### 1. Chili Piper: inbound routing at scale

**Best for:** B2B teams on Salesforce with real inbound volume.

- **Form Concierge.** It qualifies, routes and schedules from web forms. It routes by geography, company size, industry, any CRM field or account owner, with enrichment from tools like ZoomInfo and Clay ([Form Concierge](https://www.chilipiper.com/products/form-concierge)). Chili Piper says it "reads and writes to Salesforce."
- **Handoff.** It evens out meeting counts across reps, counting no-shows and cancellations ([Handoff](https://www.chilipiper.com/products/handoff)).
- **Price.** Routing & Scheduling starts at $1,250 a month ($15,000 a year) with 15 seats included, then $45 per seat per month ([Chili Piper pricing](https://www.chilipiper.com/pricing)).

**Watch out for:** it's priced for teams with budget and an annual contract.

### 2. Calendly Teams: routing for smaller teams

**Best for:** SMB and mid-market teams that want routing without an enterprise contract.

- **Routing.** Routing forms qualify leads before booking, can import third-party forms, and match known leads to account owners from Salesforce and HubSpot ([Calendly routing](https://calendly.com/scheduling/routing)).
- **Team scheduling.** Teams adds round robin and "Send meetings to Salesforce." Routing with Salesforce lookup is Enterprise ([Calendly pricing](https://calendly.com/pricing)).
- **Price.** Teams is $16 per seat per month on annual billing, or $20 monthly.
- **Callie.** Calendly's AI email assistant, in beta, is on Standard Plus ($18 per seat per month annual, $24 monthly) and Teams Plus ($24 annual, $32 monthly). It handles one-on-one meetings only ([Calendly AI assistant](https://calendly.com/ai-assistant), [Calendly pricing](https://calendly.com/pricing)).

### 3. Default: inbound plus enrichment

**Best for:** teams that want routing, enrichment and website visitor identification in one platform.

- **Price.** A Growth platform fee of $12,000 a year, plus $540 per user per year for Routing + Scheduling seats or $240 for Scheduling seats. Default's own example: "$17,400" a year for 10 reps ([Default pricing](https://www.default.com/pricing)).
- **Features.** Queues, round robin, booking links, handoff from Gmail, Salesforce or HubSpot, and website de-anonymization. Default states "SOC 2 Type II Compliant."

### 4. RevenueHero: inbound for HubSpot and Salesforce shops

**Best for:** mid-size teams that want form scheduling at a lower entry price.

- **Price.** Inbound Essentials is a $79 a month platform fee plus $25 per user per month on yearly billing, or $99 plus $35 on monthly billing ([RevenueHero pricing](https://www.revenuehero.io/pricing)).
- **Features.** Native HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Slack and Attio integrations, and "Unlimited form submissions. No admin licenses."

### 5. HubSpot Meetings: if you live in HubSpot

**Best for:** teams already on HubSpot Sales Hub.

- **Free.** Free and Core-seat users get "a single One-on-One scheduling page" ([HubSpot knowledge base](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/meetings-tool/create-and-edit-scheduling-pages)).
- **Paid.** Group and round robin pages need Sales Hub or Service Hub Starter or above. Bookings sync to HubSpot contact records ([HubSpot meetings](https://www.hubspot.com/products/sales/schedule-meeting)).
- **Seat prices.** The Professional Sales seat lists at $100 per month ([HubSpot catalog](https://legal.hubspot.com/hubspot-product-and-services-catalog)).

### 6. Kronologic: AI outreach that books meetings

**Best for:** the outbound and expansion side (renewals, cross-sell, reactivation).

- **How it works.** Its AI engages a set of contacts, "negotiates a time in plain language," and books on the right rep's calendar ([Kronologic](https://www.kronologic.com/)).
- **Price.** Pro is $15 per seat per month (HubSpot). Team is $49 per seat per month, with Salesforce and HubSpot and "Autonomous AI negotiation" ([Kronologic pricing](https://www.kronologic.com/pricing/)).

**Watch out for:** Kronologic's pages list no Outlook support or security certifications.

### 7. SavvyCal and OnceHub: lighter options with round robin and CRM

- **SavvyCal.** Round robin and collective modes and CRM integrations (HubSpot and Close are named) on both plans, from $10 per user per month on annual billing ([SavvyCal pricing](https://savvycal.com/pricing), [SavvyCal for sales](https://savvycal.com/solutions/sales)).
- **OnceHub.** Routing forms, round robin and CRM owner assignment on the Route plan at $19 per seat per month on annual billing, with Salesforce and HubSpot integrations from Schedule ([OnceHub pricing](https://www.oncehub.com/pricing)).

### 8. Skej (our product): follow-up on prospect threads, not routing

**Best for:** founders and individual sellers who book meetings from email threads and lose deals to slow follow-up. Skej has processed millions of meetings.

- **How it works.** You cc the assistant on "prospect outreach, demos, and customer check-ins." It responds, follows up, and books ([Skej for sales](https://skej.com/sales)). Follow-ups run on the timing and count you set, and Skej tells you if the prospect never replies ([Skej follow-ups](https://skej.com/help/feature-overview/automatic-follow-ups)).
- **Price.** Pro is $15 per user per month on annual billing, $19 monthly ([Skej pricing](https://skej.com/pricing)).

**Where others do better, plainly:**

- **No CRM sync.** Skej's site lists no Salesforce or HubSpot integration. Meetings won't be logged to your CRM.
- **No routing or round robin.** Skej doesn't route leads or spread meetings across reps. Every other tool on this list does, including the lower-priced SavvyCal and OnceHub.
- **No prioritizing.** Skej's docs say it doesn't prioritize contacts ([Skej boundaries](https://skej.com/help/getting-started/best-practices-and-boundaries)).

For an inbound sales team, Skej is not the right primary tool. It fits alongside one of the tools above, for the threads reps handle personally.

All facts are from each vendor's pages linked above. Several tools send automated follow-ups or sequences: RevenueHero lists automated follow-ups, Default sequences leads, and Calendly's paid plans include automated scheduling outreach. The "AI negotiates" column covers only an AI that negotiates the time in the email thread. "Not listed" means the vendor's pages do not say.
